Documents received from the customers during fulfillment of the Customs Consultancy transactions and all the forms created during the works with the relevant establishments are scanned and added to the relevant file in computer environment.

TGM at the end of completion of the importation and exportation transactions and following completion of the invoicing and receipt transaction records all the documents (invoices, bill of ladings, weight lists, movement certificates, etc.) inside the relevant file into the system in a single PDF format by scanning them in an optical scanner. Hence our customers may access to the relevant file through the web site and to all the documents used during the transactions by accessing to the relevant scanned PDF file.
