Avrupa Birliği’nin 19.03.2019 tarihli L 75/108 sayılı resmi gazetesinde (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=uriserv:OJ.L_.2019.075.01.0108.01.ENG&toc=OJ:L:2019:075:TOC ) yayımlanan 2019/436 sayılı ekli Karar ile;
Ek I'de listelenen 2006/42 / EC sayılı Direktife destek olarak hazırlanan makineler için uyumlaştırılmış standartların referanslarına yer verilmiştir.
Ek II'sinde listelenen 2006/42 / EC sayılı Direktife destek olarak hazırlanan kısıtlanmış makineler için (Hafriyat makineleri - Endüstriyel, ticari, garaj kapıları ve giriş kapıları )uyumlaştırılmış standartların referanslarına yer verilmiştir.
Ek III'ünde listelenen 2006/42 / EC sayılı Direktife destek olarak hazırlanan makineler için uyumlaştırılmış standartların referansları, bu Ek'te belirtilen tarihlerde yürürlükten kaldırılmıştır.
Madde 3
Söz konusu Karar 19.03.2019 da yürürlüğe girmiştir.
